Saigon Day 2: Shootings and unexpected acquiantances

A blogentry ins hort because I'm really fucking tired right now. Woke up very early that day, and was greeted by the sun and a gorgeous, spacious and light apartment. I love that combo. As I had mentioned, I'm staying at my friend's boyfriend's place, since he's in America, so I don't have to rent a place. Still very grateful, because I love the place ! Then suddenly the arrogant, gay guy with that beautiful Celine bag dressed in black, who was on the same fligth as me, contacted me. Call it fate. Both from Berlin, flying from Munich to Saigon. Since I had noone to go with, I told him to come to Benh Thanh Market with me to get some stuff for the pop-up sale and then we went to L'usine and had some coffee. It was still really early, and yeah, we had that much time. When's the last time I had time to go to  coffee and to just talk to someone ? I don't remember. After that we went to the Renbytee studio and Hai helped me preparing my goods for the pop-up sale, and after that, chi Lam Thuy Nhan took us to a photoshooting with her. It was for chi Thuy from Thuy Design House, who I have contacted before, because I wanted to wear their Ao Dai ! Her PA or Manager or whatever was there, and we exchanged phone numbers, so I hope I can share some photos of me in Ao Dai sooon. That'd be too cool. So, then we had lunch below the studio, which was really nice and cheap, but I have no idea where we were, so can't share anything about that place. Then I had to rush to a photoshooting with Mitsu and chi Tuyen, stylist and owner of The Blue Tshirt, and also chi Nicky, from Elle ! What a surprise, to meet Mitsu (instagram: @mitsuishere) in person ! I was so so so so surprised, because I have been following her Instagram for kind of a while. A very unexpected meeting. She took photos of chi Nicky and me, for chi Tuyen's new project. Will share once it's ready. And that was pretty much my whole day. It was fun and exhausting. What I hate about Saigon is that it always kind of takes a while to get around, and that you always need to get a cab and stuff. But what I love about it is, that I always make new unexpected acquiantances ! Hai helped me at the pop-up sale today, and yeah, turns out that we get along quite well ! Now I have one more friend in Berlin. What a funny coincidence ! More about it in my next post. Gotta sleep now, because I need to wake up early tomorrow for day two of the pop-up sale craze. After that I'll probably go somewhere. Don't know where yet, but just somewhere, you know.
