I've always wanted a tattoo but I've always been too scared to get one. That was until I actually started to hang out with a tattoo artist. Furthermore, a tattoo artists whose work I really really like. Initially I wanted to get my tattoo with somebody else, but that person didn't respond, so I asked Chun to draw me a Peony. The first draft I didn't like too much, so I sent more reference photos and then he drew me this beauty. When I saw it, I loved it right away and knew I was gonna get this one as the motive for my arm. I've always wanted a tattoo there. It took me a while to make up my mind to actually get it, because my first tattoo with him, very small ones above my elbows, already hurt so much. It wasn't until chi Loan, our marketing executive, decided to get one as well that I set a date. It was actually painful. Like somebody taking a knife and cutting your skin. (I'm not very pain tolerant) But it was really worth the pain. I'm glad that I didn't get any weird tattoos before, when I was younger. I wanted my first tattoo when I was 14 and into Miyavi haha. I don't know what it would have turned out to be like. Ten years later I'm confident and sure enough that I want this beautiful peony to stay with me for the rest of my life. Thanks so much again to Chun for this one.

Here's a video I made of that session. I didn't have a lot of material to cut, so this is the best I could do.
