OOTD: Coco Sin Gown

It's been a while since I've truly pulled together an outfit.

When people I know saw me in this outfit and said it's so unlike me to wear lace and something as feminine as this Coco Sin gown, all I could think was 'oh this is so me, you have no idea'. I absolutely love love love lace, glitter, bows, silk and velvet. I love everything feminine and luxurious alike, I just don't wear such outfits every day, because it needs to actually be an outfit to work. And an outfit includes hair and make up, accessories and everything. And because I'm too lazy for that on most days, I just hang out in my comfort zone outfits (Wephobia pants & Subtle & Simple top). Back in my teenager days I was a lot more keen to impress, so I'd dress up a lot more often, but as mentioned in my previous posts, these days I got lazy.

I bought this gown a day before out new store opening and when I saw it, I knew it was perfect for me. It has this vintage night gown kind of look, and I LOVE those. I used to collect them. I think I still have a couple of vintage night gowns in Germany. Weird obsession, I know. Anyway the moment I saw it, I fell in love and I had this outfit in mind the moment I paid for it. Ok the original idea included high heels instead of sneakers, but I woke up a little late and was late for the opening, so when I arrived at the store it was already crowded, and I didn't have the time to change into high heels. It was tiring enough in sneakers anyway.

I haven't been to the Coco Sin store for a while and I must say the quality of the products is so so so much better than I had remembered. There were a lot of great items which I loved, so it's added back to my shopping destination list. The prices are so reasonable as well. This gown was only 480.000 or 580.000 VND I don't remember. One of my friends went to buy it after she saw it on me and said that they only have a couple left so hurry up if you like it : D
